INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS ABOUT REMOTELY WORK

Today, it is the responsibility of every individual and company to take care of the health and safety of himself and his fellow human beings. The management board of Balcia Insurance SE decided to move into remote work from March 16th  until the situation stabilizes and the state of emergency in each country ends about COVID-19. #stay-at-home

For being already a digital company we are able to provide our daily work remotely as it was before via electronic, telephone and / or virtual communication.

Balcia Insurance SE will check the mail once a day and documents can be delivered as before, but, please, we are suggesting  all clients and partners to send any documents electronically if it’s possible by email –balcia@balcia.com (scanned, photographed). If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at your convenience.
